ooVoo - Video Calls and Messaging App Reviews

I have been using ooVoo for quite a while, and have been very pleased with the service. However, this newest update made the entire app unable to function. I am unable to make video or audio calls. I have tried restarting my computer, reinstalling the app, changing my current network, anything you can think of, but I am still unable to make or recieve calls. This major bug with the newest update has prompted me to switch to Skype, as well as tell all of my friends who use ooVoo to switch as well. If you want a good video calling application, I would suggest either not updating your ooVoo application (if you have the previous version) or using Skype, FaceTime, etc. It is with a heavy heart that I write this review, but I hope that ooVoo, LLC. and the users of this app will get this message, and hopefully get this major bug sorted out before more of ooVoo’s users have these problems.

I love the new design. This is still the best video call ever.

ooVoo is amazing. So much better than Skype. Im making all my friends and family download!!

This app is so great i have it on my ipad and i use ooVoo to chat with my online friends

The new design is really nice, it looks nice and clean, but the biggest downside is that the window is SO big, and you can’t make it any smaller. Before in the messages tab you could make it pop out into a smaller window and now you can’t, which I really hate.

So I install the app then it just dissapares and says that I didnt insatll it. So I try to intall it again then it does the same thing. Please I just need to talk to my friends so please just fix the app.

The video quality is much better than Facetime, and much more reliable. And group video call is really impressive. Like it.

it never opens it always fails and overall just gives me headaches, also you cant use the filter on a mac
